Well, folks… Amazon Web Services (aka “the internet’s life support machine”) took a nose-dive today. Some hacker somewhere decided to press the big red button, and boom — half the web face-planted.
Unfortunately, that includes the systems we use to print your shipping labels. So instead of spitting them out like usual, our label printer’s been sitting there like a confused Roomba, waiting for AWS to remember how to internet.
Here’s the deal:
-
No labels printed while the digital dumpster fire was burning.
-
Orders piled up faster than OSHA violations on a Monday.
-
Even though AWS claims they “fixed it,” we’re still seeing an up and down mess.
So if you’re wondering why your tracking number isn’t showing up yet — it’s not because we forgot you. It’s because the cloud had a mental breakdown. Give it 24–48 hours while we kick this queue back into shape.
Thanks for being patient… or at least mildly annoyed. We’ll have your stickers on the way as soon as Amazon's service is back up.
