Stickerheads Return, Refund, Exchange Policy
We keep it simple, tough, and fair:
✅ Standard Stickers
How to Start A Return:
Start a return (7 days): Email stickerheads@gmail.com with subject “Return Request – Order #12345” within 7 days of delivery.
Include photos if defective. We’ll reply within 2 business days with an RMA and the return address.
Condition: Unused, unpeeled, resellable.
Custom items: Only replaced/refunded if defective.
Return shipping: [Customer pays / We cover for defects].
Refund timing: Issued to original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and approve the return.
U.S. shipping from $X; exact rates shown at checkout.
🚫 Custom Stickers
No refunds or exchanges on custom stickers.
Only exception: if we screwed up (printing defect, wrong design, etc.).
⚠️ Defects & Issues
If your order shows up defective, misprinted, or wrong, tell us within 7 days.
Photo proof required (no proof, no fix).
If approved, we’ll replace or refund — whichever makes it right.
🔄 Exchanges
No exchanges on products without a legit defect.
You can’t just swap because you changed your mind.
📦 Resellers
If you can’t move our product, don’t blame us.
No refunds, no exchanges just because your sales game sucks.
Look for a better customer — our stickers sell themselves.
🤝 Fair Play Promise
We want both sides happy. If there’s a real issue, we’ll work with you to make it right. No BS.
